Offer Process

• As-is sale - offers with zoning and permitting contingencies will not be considered

• All offers must be submitted with completed RFP document and disclosure forms which can be found here 

• All offers need to be valid through end of October 2025 to allow SHA review

• $10,000 deposit upon acceptance 

• Source of funding

• P&S date no more than 14 days from executed offer

• Closing Date within 60 days of offer acceptance

• Buyers to perform their own due diligence as the sellers make no representations
