Average home values hover around $1.22 million, or approximately $767 per square foot. 

High-density and walkable, Spring Hill features a mix of small apartment buildings, multi-units, and historic homes. Nearly half of the housing stock comprises 2–4 unit buildings, one of the highest concentrations in the U.S. and 75% of residences predate 1940, highlighting its historic character. The neighborhood attracts a diverse population, including long-time locals, young professionals, and newcomers.
