The individuals nominated should:
Provide outstanding customer service to those whom they serve;
Exhibit work that goes beyond assigned responsibilities;
Have an attitude of support for students and their learning;
Have received exemplary evaluation reports;
Have an acceptable personnel record;
Build positive relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and others;
Have at least three years of experience;
Support school and district policies, procedures, and initiatives, and;
Desire continuous professional growth.
*Note: Staff who are chosen as monthly winners are ineligible for re-nomination for five years following their selection.
