About           Mrs. Duckett

I graduated from Glasgow High School and Western KY University with my Bachelor's in Elementary Education and Master's in Counseling. I am a National Board Certified Teacher. I taught in the elementary classroom for 11 years.  I've taught 1st, 3rd, and 4th grades, with most of my years being in 3rd grade.  My husband, Jason, is the Safety Director at BGMU and Chief at Gott Fire Department. He is a Richardsville and Warren East Alumni!  My oldest son, Gavin, is a junior at Warren East High School. We enjoy watching him play baseball for the WE Raiders.  My youngest son, Brantley, is in 1st grade and is the 4th generation in our family to attend Richardsville Elementary. He also likes to play baseball and anything outdoors! We enjoy camping, going to the lake, traveling to the beach, and spending time family and friends.  We have two fur babies--our cat, Smokey and our Golden Doodle, Chance.  In my spare time I love to read, watch movies, play golf, paint, and do crafts. My favorite color is turquoise. I absolutely love chocolate, pizza, coffee, & Diet Dr. Pepper.  My favorite season is spring because I love watching my flowers bloom & watching the hummingbirds. I can't wait to get to know everyone!!
