I graduated from Glasgow High School & then Western KY University with my Bachelor's in Elementary Education & Master's in Counseling. I completed my National Board Certification in Literacy. I taught in the elementary classroom for 11 years. I've taught 1st, 3rd, & 4th grades, with most of my years being in 3rd grade. My husband, Jason, is the Safety Director at BGMU & Chief at Gott Fire Department. He is a Richardsville & Warren East Alumni! My oldest son, Gavin, is a Warren East High School graduate & is currently attending WKU. My youngest son, Brantley, is the 4th generation in our family to attend Richardsville Elementary. He likes to play baseball & football & do anything outdoors! We enjoy camping, going to the lake, traveling to the beach, & spending time family & friends. We have two fur babies--our cat, Smokey and our Golden Doodle, Chance. In my spare time I love to read, watch movies, play golf, paint, & do crafts. My favorite color is turquoise. I absolutely love chocolate, pizza, coffee, & Diet Dr. Pepper. My favorite season is spring because I love watching my flowers bloom & watching the hummingbirds.
