There has been a significant change to the English Schools Calendar so this Friday 27th March at around 4pm you will be able to enter the "Spring Warwickshire Schools" and qualify for all the Midland and English Championships
In October there will be the "Autumn Schools" where you will then qualify for the 2027 Midland and ESGA Championships

What are you playing for?
The titles of Warwickshire Schools Boys and Girls Schools Champions (gross)
The title of Warwickshire Schools Nett Champion ( its now a stableford)
The title of Warwickshire Schools U15s Champion (gross - Year 10 and bekow)
The title of being the Warwickshire Schools Team Champions (nett stableford) - teams of three players - best two scores to count
Over £400 of ,prizes - lots of them for Age Groups
Win a title and you then go on to play in more events - at Midland and National level!
The Warwickshire Team (up to 5 boys and 3 girls) will play in the Midland Schools held during the Summer Half Term at A WARWICKSHIRE COURSE
Its 36 holes - the top scores from the Boys and Girls then qualify for the
NASUWT sponsored ENGLISH SCHOOLS’ NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

The winning team (and possibly the Runners-up - if we have enough entrants) will go to the
NATIONAL SCHOOLS’ TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS
at Woodhall Spa Golf Club, Lincolnshire - date tbc
NATIONAL SCHOOLS GROSS TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP to be held at Woodhall on the same day as the Nett Championship
This will be for the Top10 adjusted gross medal scores - the best two scores from teams of three players from the same school/college - from across England
The Entry Fee is £14.00 - it includes entering you (and your team - if you are part of one) in all the competitions you are eligible for and then (hopefully) qualify for
Do remember that the Schools Age Groups are based on Academic Years - what age you are as of 31st August 2025 - you can be 18 or even 19 and still be able to play

We do appreciate that you need to know your entry is being accepted - to ask for time off school if the Schools isn't played in your holiday - ONCE YOUR ENTRY IS COMPLETE IT WILL APPEAR ON THE LIST OF ENTRIES
Personal Info (and GDPR) - Your e-mail will only be used for notifying you of entry into the 2026 Schools (the start sheet), sending results and kept to notify you of the dates etc for the 2026 Schools. Your personal details (address – tel no – DOB etc) are required as part of entry to the Schools and (along with your e-mail) be passed to the organisers of competitions you may qualify for, and in doing so those organisers will use them only for the purposes of entry and playing in those competitions. This will include your parental consent form (if required). The WSGA will destroy all entry forms and Parental Consent forms as soon as the last English Schools event of 2026 is played.
