You pay the entry fee (£14.50) by debit (or possibly credit) card
You will also be able to complete a Parental Consent form as part of your entry - if you are U18 on the day of the Warwickshire Schools (Sunday 26th April 2026) you have to complete this form to be able to play
If you have any questions about entry to the schools please email Steve Creed the Schools Secretary
Personal Info (and GDPR) - Your e-mail will only be used for notifying you of entry into the 2026 Schools (the start sheet), sending results and kept to notify you of the dates etc for the 2026/7 Schools. Your personal details (address – tel no – DOB etc) are required as part of entry to the Schools and (along with your e-mail) be passed to the organisers of competitions you may qualify for, and in doing so those organisers will use them only for the purposes of entry and playing in those competitions. This will include your parental consent form (if required). The WSGA will destroy all entry forms and Parental Consent forms as soon as the last English Schools event of 2026 is played.
You are entering as an individual - if your schools has three (or more) entrants then your school will automatically be entered into the Team Championship - for which there is no additional entry fee
A school (or college) with three entrants will automatically form their school team
If you have four or five players entered your school will need to let the championship organisers know which three are to be in the team - before play starts
If your school has six people entered you can have two teams - your school must let the organisers know who is playing in each team or your teams will be allocated in handicap order
