Superintendent Search 2024-25

Timeline:

• November 20, 2024: Saddle River BOE appointed Strategic Exemplary Alliance (SEA LLC) as the Superintendent Search vendor.

• December 11, 2024 : SEA LLC presented at the BOE meeting.

• January 2, 2025:  Saddle River BOE shares the Community Superintendent Search Survey

• January 8, 2025: In-Person Community Meeting 7:00 PM Wandell School.

• January 9, 2025: Virtual Open House 12:00 PM.

• January 15, 2025: SEA LLC presents the candidate Leadership Profile Report at the Board meeting for the Saddle River Superintendent/Principal.

• January 15 - February 12, 2025: SEA LLC screens applications and interviews candidates. BOE receive round 1 of applicant resumes.

• February 18, 2025: BOE selects 6-10 candidates to interview. BOE selects questions and scenarios for quarterfinal (round 2) of interviews.

• February 23-24, 2025: BOE conducts quarterfinal (round 2) interviews of candidates.

• March 2-3, 2025: BOE conducts semifinal interviews with 3-5 candidates.

• Week of March 3, 2025:  BOE final interviews of 2-3 candidates.

• March 18, 2025: anticipated BOE appointment of next Superintendent/Principal.
