Min Ma is a research and evaluation specialist who supports social sector agencies to improve education, health, and social outcomes for young people. She specializes in mixed methods research and facilitates strategic planning, needs assessment, and community engagement processes. As principal at MxM Consulting, Min has led projects in Latin America, Africa, Southeast Asia, and at home in Greater Boston. She speaks Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, and French, and holds a Master of Arts from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
