Registration for the 2025/26 SY is Open!
All families (new and returning) must register by first completing the registration process through Community Pass.
A registration is considered “submitted” when the online form is submitted and the $35 Annual Registration Fee per child is paid. Registration will not be considered to be “processed” or “confirmed” until a confirmation email has been sent by program administration staff and the deposit payment has been received.
While the Extended Day Program strives to accommodate all families, registration is on a rolling basis. If a waitlist is needed, families will be added in the order that their registration is completed. Depending on program availability, families can request to join the program after the start of the school year.
Deposits for the 2025/26 School Year must be paid by July 18, 2025. Unpaid balances will result in a loss of placement in the program. Families that wish to pay after the registration process has been completed, or that intend to use a childcare voucher for payment purposes, should choose the "Send Payment" option to complete registration.
