The Walnut Creek School District Governing Board has adopted policies to allow employees to donate and request additional paid leave days beyond their accrued time in the event of a catastrophic event to either the employee or a family member that requires additional time off. These forms are available below and are automatically submitted to Human Resources for review and approval. A physicians statement is required for all sick bank requests.
