How it Works

Stages in a Student-Centered Coaching Cycle

In summary, in a student-centered coaching cycle, a coach will work with a teacher or a small group of teachers on a common goal chosen by the teacher(s). In a 4 to 6 week cycle we will plan, meet weekly, co-teach, and assess students, and look at student work in an ongoing cycle. The coach is viewed as a collaborative partner in helping the teacher reach their goal for students.

Informal Coaching

We also offer short-term support for teachers looking for a less structured support on something that can be accomplished with a meeting or two, or through just one or two classroom visits. You can let us know what you're looking for when you sign up.
