Dual Credit Information

 1️⃣ Complete Dual Credit Class Selection Form

Select the link next to your graduation year

2️⃣ Create ApplyTexas Account

Visit ApplyTexas.org and make sure you use your PERSONAL email not your waller one to make the account. Keep login information because you will use it again. 

Go to applytexas.org and click create account

3️⃣ Submit Blinn College Application

Select semester, complete the additional questions and submit.

4️⃣ Wait 24–48 hours for Blinn ID

If no email → Call 979-830-4357 and inform them that you are a new dual credit student that needs their student ID. Please keep in mind that it has to be the student that calls.

5️⃣ Set Up MyBlinn Account

Set up your password by doing forgot password. You  will need your Blinn email address that you will receive  in an email.  

After setting up your password you will log in Do NOT add “@buc.blinn.edu” 

6️⃣ Log In to MyBlinn to confirm access

When you log in on your username Do NOT add “@buc.blinn.edu” it will give you an ERROR 500 code.

7️⃣Check TSIA2 Requirement

• Over 15 hr → test

• Under 15 hr or a passing  ACT or SAT Scores→ no test
