The WHS Course Book will be published.
Counselors will meet with students by grade level (11th, 10th, and 9th) to review graduation requirements, endorsement options, and course offerings.
January 2026
Teachers will provide recommendations for next year’s core classes.
9th-11 9th-11th-grade students will enter all course requests in EduThings by January 23, 2026.
8th Grade students will enter all course requests in EduThings by January 30, 2026.
This serves as a rough draft, and adjustments can be made later if needed.
February–May 2026
Counselors will review student requests for accuracy and placement.
The final day to submit student or teacher course change requests is May 20 at 2:40 PM.
After May 20, 2026
Schedule changes are only allowed for the following reasons:
Course conflicts or school scheduling errors
Credit earned through Summer School, CBE, or Correspondence
Missing prerequisites
Extracurricular placements (Athletics, Band, Choir, ROTC, etc.)
Level changes from AP/Honors to Regular (after May 29, with parent approval)
Requests for course preferences, fees, or moving up in level will not be approved after this date.
Important Reminders
The master schedule and teacher assignments are built directly from student requests, so please choose carefully.
Students should review options, course fees, and course requirements with parents, teachers, and counselors before submitting their courses.
