Technical problems with your Odysseyware account?

1. The first step is to refresh the page you are currently working on.
2. Step two is to logout of your Odysseyware account, close your internet browser, shutdown your computer, then turn your computer back on, log-in to Odysseyware and see if that fixes the problem.
3. Step three is to make sure your internet browser is up to date.
4. Step four is to contact your online instructor via e-mail to see if they can assist.
5. Step five is if your instructor cannot assist or you cannot reach them, contact the Odysseyware free customer support.
