Dual Enrollment

What are the benefits?

• DE provides students the opportunity to take one class and earn both high school and college credit.

• It doesn't cost you a thing. The first 30 credit hours are paid for.

• It's a great way to get a head start on college and, ultimately, your career. You can graduate from high school having already earned college credits.

DE candidates:

• are academically on track and making adequate progress toward meeting graduation requirements.

• are able to work independently.

• have strong time management skills.

• have the desire to learn outside of the high school setting.

• possess the academic maturity to manage a college course load.

To participate in the DE program:

Students must have qualifying scores for admission to GNTC and have completed their GNTC and DE Funding Applications.
