About the Teacher:

This is my first year teaching at Waldron Mercy Academy, and I am incredibly excited and grateful for the journey which lies ahead. I attended Waldron as a student from Kindergarten through 8th grade, and I could not be happier to be returning to this wonderful community as a teacher. Last year, I taught 1st grade in a small school in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, and I have five years of experience working with 4-year-olds in a day camp setting. I look forward to teaching in the very place where my love for education first began. I believe in spreading the values of mercy, understanding, and empathy, as well as instilling a love of learning in students. I strive to meet each student's individual needs to help them grow into curious learners and compassionate community members.

Ms. Niecie Morrow has been at Waldron Mercy Academy since 2018 working various positions from Pre School to Kindergarten. The compassion and sensitivity she holds for children along with the Waldron community and mercy values continue to inspire her to assist both teachers and students in their learning journey.

Welcome to our Mercy Family!
