The Wakulla County Courthouse burned in 1892 and the marriage records prior to that were destroyed.  Please check the Confederate Pension Files for marriages prior to 1892. 

The book Grooms and Brides of Wakulla County from 1892 to 1990 is available in the Historical Society bookstore.
