The FCHA has a dual mission:
1. Counterbalance the Back Country Horsemen of America with our own, equally amazing organization.

At the FCHA we are outraged at current regulation; we find it lacking of proper horse laws. To help, vote for Johnny Horseman for President in 2020 and Janice Horseman (his sister) for mayor of San Francisco, a major urban paradise, in 2019 for change immediately.
