In today's world, anxiety is reaching epidemic levels. It is becoming the most common problem among our children and can look differently in each person.
As a parent myself, I am constantly searching for more resources, tools, articles, etc. to help my children. As your school psychologist, I also aim to equip our district's families with resources. As a team (home and school), we can work together to help our students overcome their fears, manage their feelings and adjust to social situations.
This page is devoted to sharing information about Anxiety in children. It will also hopefully give parents some helpful tips when working with your own child/children.
