Dr. Jennifer Long

Dr. Jennifer Long teaches Ecology and Conservation Biology at the University of Maine at Augusta.  Jennifer has been studying avian behavioral ecology for over 20 years throughout North America, Central and South America and the Caribbean. She is particularly passionate about empowering people to learn about, appreciate, and conserve nature.

Dr. Marielle Postava-Davignon

Dr. Marielle Postava-Davignon is a behavioral and field ecologist at Virginia Wesleyan University, and an avid hiker and backpacker. Marielle has been leading and educating students and outdoor enthusiasts in the field for over 20 years. She loves to share her enthusiasm and love for biology and the environment with others, and encourage conservation and leave-no-trace use of our natural spaces.
