New York State launched a new web application to help New Yorkers find state services and benefits. The "Find Services" web application was developed in partnership with Google.org, to assist New Yorkers in locating appropriate services with one streamlined web application. Due to the pandemic, unfortunately, we're seeing an unprecedented demand for social services and this application provides an easy-to-use starting point for first-time program users.
During this current health crisis you may be considered an essential employee who is still required to work. Child care placement is available to personnel who provide essential services, supplies, or support during this time.
If you believe that you may qualify, please call the Oneida-Herkimer-Madison Child Care Resource Center at 315-223-7850 extension 222. You may also complete this parent need for child care survey. Based on the information you provide about your job, employer, number of children, and financial need, assistance may be provided.
Thank you to all essential personnel who continue to protect and support our community. Please be safe, and whenever possible, stay at home.
