1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Value Venture Studio Inc (“we”, “us”, “our”,"company")! We own the mobile app Little Turtle Match (the “App”) developed by LIONDRAGON Studio Inc ("Developer"). By accessing or using Little Turtle Match (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please do not use the app if you do not agree to the Terms.
For these Terms, users of the App include Child Users (meaning users under the age of 13 in the United States) who will be collectively referred to as you, yours, and users.
Child Users must get consent from an individual over 18, including parents or legal guardians, and teachers or school administrators authorized to give consent on behalf of your parent or legal guardian (Adult). Please be sure that an Adult has gone over and discussed these Terms with you. If you are a parent, legal guardian, teacher, or school administrator of a Child User, you hereby acknowledge and agree that you have the authority to provide consent on behalf of this user, that you provide consent for such user to use the App, and that you will be responsible for ensuring that any child authorized by you to use and access the App will do so in accordance with these Terms.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. If such changes occur, the effective date will be posted at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Value Venture Studio Inc or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Content includes but is not limited to all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code displayed on or available through the App and the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, and arrangement of such materials including, without limitation, (i) materials and other items relating to us and our products and services, including, without limitation, all activities, games, characters, photographs, audio clips, sounds, pictures, videos, and animation; (ii) trademarks, logos, trade names, service marks, and trade identities of various parties, including ours (collectively, Trademarks); and (iii) other forms of intellectual property.
4.2 License
Subject to your strict compliance with the Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-assignable, and non-transferable license (License) to access, display, view, use, play the App on a personal computer, mobile device, or other internet-enabled device (each, an Internet Device). The License does not give you any ownership of, or any other intellectual property interest in, the App, and you cannot otherwise use the Content or the App without our express prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us and/or our licensors and other third parties. Except as expressly provided in these Terms or with our express prior written consent, no part of the App and no Content may be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, translated, modified, transmitted, broadcasted, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any purpose whatsoever. Any unauthorized use of any Content or the App for any purpose is prohibited.
5. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding the App's functionality, availability, or content.
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the App for indefinite periods of time or cancel the App at any time, without notice to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Developer, Company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, App providers, subcontractors, supplies, interns, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your child’s use of the App or violation of these Terms.
8. Termination
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by you or us. You may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use the App or the deletion of the App. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, for any reason, and without any obligation to you or a third party.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed per the laws of the United States.
