This privacy policy for Value Venture Studio Inc (“we”, “us”, “our”,"company"), describes how we might store, use, and/or share information associated with an identified or identifiable individual (“Personal Data”).  This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile app, Little Turtle Match.

Little Turtle Match is language learning app geared towards kids to make learning fun.

We do not collect any personal data through our app. We do not collect, store, or use information about you or your device.

We will not process or share your personal data.

We will not disclose your data to third parties.

We will not retain any of your personal data.

6.   Children’s Privacy

We take the privacy of children seriously. That’s why we do not collect any personal data of our users. We have also taken the steps to ensure that the app is geared towards Child Users (meaning users under the age of 13 in the United States) by:

• Creating content with age-appropriate words

• Disabling account sign-in

In regard to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we do not collect personal data from children under the age of 13.

7.   Do Not Track

We do not collect or share personal data between third parties. Little Turtle Match does not provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

8.   Your Privacy Rights

The laws of your jurisdiction may provide you with certain rights regarding personal data. Depending on the laws where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access Personal Information about you, including: (i) confirming whether we are processing your personal information; (ii) obtaining access to or a copy of your personal information;

• Request Deletion, Anonymization or Blocking of your personal information when processing is based on your consent or when processing is unnecessary, excessive or non-compliant;

• Request Restriction of or Object to our processing of your personal information when processing is non-compliant;

• Withdraw your Consent to our processing of your personal information. Please note that your withdrawal will only take effect for future processing and will not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

• Request data portability and receive an electronic copy of the personal information that you have provided to us;

• Be informed about third parties with which your personal information has been shared; and

• Request the review of decisions taken exclusively based on automated processing.
