Registration & Payments instructions
As a general rule of IOP Publishing, we would advise that an author does not submit more than two articles to a conference. This includes papers that they have co-authored. For detailed information click here.
Option #1 - IAHRWG2025 participation
Early bird fee 315 EUR (until 8. September 2025)
Regular fee 365 EUR (until 22. September 2025)
This option includes participation to the sessions including coffee breaks, lunches, gala dinner on 1st October and visit to the hydropower plant on 3rd October. This option does not include publication charge.
Option #2 - IAHRWG2025 participation + publication of 1 paper
Early bird fee 400 EUR (until 8. September 2025)
Regular fee 450 EUR (until 22. September 2025)
This option includes participation to the sessions including coffee breaks, lunches, gala dinner on 1st October, visit to the hydropower plant on 3rd October and single publication charge in amount of 85 EUR for proceeding: IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science
Option #3 - IAHRWG2025 participation + publication of 2 papers
Early bird fee 485 EUR (until 8. September 2025)
Regular fee 535EUR (until 22. September 2025)
This option includes participation to the sessions including coffee breaks, lunches, gala dinner on 1st October, visit to the hydropower plant on 3rd October and double publication charge in amount of 170 EUR for proceeding: IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science
