Hearing from community members is the key to building a strong list of ideas for the future that will best support Westmore's progress. Community members have the opportunity to share their ideas in the following ways:
At the Kick-Off event on July 10th at 2 focus forums on topics chosen by a planning committee of community representatives: Recreation, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure: roads, internet, buildings, and more and Safety, Community Connections, & Spaces.
Through an online and paper survey which was available at the Town Office for a month.
When they are available, we post the full list of compiled notes here from the focus forums of the July 10 meeting, the action ideas for prioritization which are discussed at the August 1 meeting, along with the list of top priorities chosen at that August 1 meeting. Once priorities are chosen, community members can sign up to join a task force to help advance work on those priorities.
