A club is a group of five or more young people, ages 9 to 18, led by a trained adult leader. Clubs meet for at least six, 1-hour sessions during the year and have a planned program. Members elect officers and each member takes one or more projects. A club may explore a single subject or several project areas. 4-H members build leadership by electing officers and conducting their own business; working together on community service activities; meeting new friends; and most importantly, having fun.
Kids in this club raise livestock projects, show them and then sell them. Beef cattle, swine, sheep, and meat goat focus. Members must be 9 to participate.
They usually meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month in the Rowser Building from 6:30-8:30.

🍀 Five members from at least three different families, aged 8-18 as of September 30th of the current 4-H year.
🍀 Two adults willing to be Club Leaders, who can pass a background check and attend a county 4-H Training and all club meetings.
Most clubs meet once or twice a month. This depends on the group and what they want to do. Sometimes members may have to be enrolled in a project by a certain time to be eligible for a certain activity such as local and district livestock and horse shows.
A 4-H club may be organized on a community or neighborhood basis and use local facilities (schools/churches) or members' homes. Also, it can be organized within a school using the school's facilities, time, and staff. Any place large enough that provides a safe environment and is convenient for the members of the group is a good choice.
This depends on the group. Many community clubs meet for an hour or two after school, in the evening, or on the weekend. The most important thing is to have a regular time to get together, one that members and their families can remember.
That depends on their need for money. If a club wants money for some activities, it usually charges or conducts moneymaking activities. However, members will NEVER be excluded from a 4-H club because they are unable to pay.
