4-H Online 2.0 

4-H Online is a fully integrated management system that brings together all levels of the 4-H experience. Whether it’s a member logging in to manage their record, a club leader printing mailing labels, or a county agent approving a member’s enrollment, 4-H Online brings the 4-H community together and keeps everyone involved! 

Youth must enroll each year in the Virginia 4-H Program. 

A member may enroll as the following:

🍀 Cloverbud - Youth ages 5-8 (as of Sept 30, 2025)

🍀Youth Member - Youth who will be 9 years of age (as of Sept 30, 2025) and has not reached their 19th birthday as of Dec 31, 2025. 

Re-Enrollment: 

If you are returning to the Virginia 4-H program for the 2024-2025 4-H year, you will be submitting a re-enrollment.  Expect to spend 15 - 20 minutes completing the enrollment process.

 DO NOT CREATE A NEW PROFILE IF YOU HAVE BEEN ENROLLED IN THE PAST. If you forgot your password look just below the log-in box and you will see the words 'Reset Password'. Click on the words and follow directions to reset your password. 

 Here is a list of information to check during the re-enrollment process

1.  Address and phone numbers. Please make sure they are up to date.

2.  Emergency Contact information - This may be a parent/guardian or someone to contact when parent/guardian is not available.  You now have the ability to enter two emergency contacts.

3.  The 4-H Club or clubs you participate in.

4.  The project or projects associated with that club or clubs.

New Enrollment:

 If you are brand new to the 4-H Program you will be submitting a new enrollment.  Expect to spend about 20 - 30 minutes completing the enrollment process.

 Here is a list of information to know before you begin the enrollment process:

1. Family address, email and phone number.

2. Emergency Contact information - This may be a parent/guardian or someone to contact when parent/guardian is not available.  You will have the ability to enter two emergency contacts.

3. The 4-H Club or clubs you participate in.   You may see the word Unit.  Club/Unit mean the same thing.

4. The project or projects associated with that club or clubs.

 Once your enrollment has been submitted, you will get a confirmation message.   Your local Extension Office will either email instructions for correcting any errors/issues or stating that you have been accepted. 

  ** IMPORTANT: Keep your login (family email address) and password handy so that you can log in to the program and update your records whenever you need to.
