About

What are SPS Zone Meetings?

Zone meetings are small conferences for students from SPS chapters within specific geographic areas to come together. Our zone, Zone 4, includes Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland. These gatherings offer an enjoyable and impactful opportunity for undergraduates to connect with peers, showcase their research, and engage with professionals in the field.

What is SPS?

The Society of Physics Students (SPS) is a professional association for students and their advisers. Membership, through college chapters, is open to anyone interested in physics. The only requirement for membership is that you be interested in physics. If you would like to learn more about SPS national, please visit spsnational.org/about.

Want to host Zone 4 in the Future?
