4-H Online is a web-based system for the 4-H youth development program, used in states like Virginia, North Carolina, and Wisconsin.

Youth MUST enroll each year in the Virginia 4-H Program. A member may enroll as the following:
Cloverbud - Youth ages 5-8 (as of Sept 30, 2024)
Youth Member - Youth who will be 9 years of age (as of Sept 30, 2024) and has not reached their 19th birthday as of Dec 31, 2025.
Re-enroll in Virginia 4-H for 2024-2025
Returning members: Submit your re-enrollment for the 2022-2023 4-H year. This process takes about 15-20 minutes. Important: If you were previously enrolled, do not create a new profile. Check the FAQ below for help with password changes or lost information.

Emergency Contacts: Enter up to two emergency contacts, such as a parent/guardian.
4-H Clubs: List the clubs you participate in.

New Enrollment
For New Members: If you're new to the 4-H Program, you'll need to submit a new enrollment. This process takes about 20-30 minutes.
Information Needed:
Contact Info: Your family's address, email, and phone number.
Emergency Contacts: Enter up to two emergency contacts, such as a parent/guardian.
4-H Clubs: List the clubs (also called Units) you participate in.
Projects: Include the projects associated with your clubs.
After Submission: You will receive a confirmation message once your enrollment is submitted. Your local Extension Office will email you instructions to correct any errors or issues, or to confirm your acceptance.

Contact your local Extension Office. They can access your profile and give you the email address that was used.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Just below the log-in box you will see the words Reset Password. Click on the words and follow directions to reset your password.

No, you cannot create a new profile. Contact your local Extension office for assistance.

You will need to log in with the current email attached to the account. Once logged in, you can change the email address associated with the account.
