Camp Fees -

Camp fees include all meals and lodging for five days and four nights, a camp t-shirt, and class supplies.

Payment in full is due at the time of registration. 4-H online registration MUST be completed within 7 days of registering for camp to reserve your camper's spot.

$395 for campers

$350 for Counselors-in-Training

$250 for Counselors (Pre-selected)

After May 1st, a $50 late fee will be added to all registrations.

*We do not offer credit card payments as a payment option due to an increase in bank card fees and the need to assess a fee for all payment types when using the credit card processing system. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Donations

Each year, many campers are able to attend and enjoy camp due to generous donations from local community members and organizations. Donations to our scholarship fund are always appreciated and can be added to your camp fee in increments. A $5 or $10 donation from multiple families can combine to support camper scholarships. Please consider adding to your camp fees if you are able.

Pay by Mail

Mail a check/money order made payable to Treasurer of VT to the Prince William County Extension Office OR Stafford County Extension Office. Please include the name of the camper(s) in the memo section.

2. Pay In Person

Cash, check or money order payments can be made in person in Prince William or Stafford.

The Prince William Extension office is located at 8033 Ashton Ave, Suite 105 Manassas, 20109.

The Stafford Extension Office is located at 1739 Richmond HWY, Stafford, 22554. *This is not the mailing address.*

Both offices are open Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-4:00PM.
Note: If paying cash, please bring exact change as we do not keep cash on hand in the office.

Request a Scholarship

Scholarship requests are made through the registration form and will close on May 1, 2026. Recipients will be notified of the amount awarded after May 15th.

Please note - there are NO FULL scholarships provided.

Refund Policy

If camp is canceled by Virginia Cooperative Extension, the 4-H Center management, or the state or federal government, fees will be fully refunded.

If a youth cannot attend camp for medical reasons, a refund minus $100 will be provided. Notification of medical withdrawal must be made between 2 weeks before and the day of camp, accompanied by a doctor's note.

Refunds for anything other than medical reasons (as stated above) will not be granted after June 1, 2026.

Returned Check Policy

The return of a payment issued to Virginia Tech will result in a $50.00 returned item fee, as required by the Commonwealth of Virginia statute. Please be aware that checks are submitted only once for payment.
