The Medication Form is mandatory for campers and counselors who will require prescription medication during the camp week. Note that this form does not cover over-the-counter medications like ibuprofen, Tylenol, allergy medication, or other similar drugs. Kindly complete this form and bring it along with your medication during camper drop-off.
Enrolling in 4-H Online will provide us with your child's health history information, their "signed" Code of Conduct form, and other pertinent information that we will need to prepare for 4-H Camp. Please make sure you pay attention to these details when you enter your information:
*Your registration for 4-H Camp is not finished! * This next step is to complete the paperwork for 4-H Camp.
All paperwork for 4-H camp is online. Registration is not complete until this step is done, so it’s very important to complete all paperwork as soon as possible to complete your registration. To start the process, please do the following:
Go to https://v2.4honline.com/
Click reset password and enter your email if you do not remember your password. If you know your password, please log in as normal. If your email address does not find you in the system, you will need to create an account using your email address. If you registered last year, please do not create a duplicate account, I can update your email address for you if you do not have access to your previous email. If you are a new family, you create your account and follow all the same steps below as returning users.
Click Enroll Now on your child’s name under the family profile. Select the grade they are currently in. Click enroll under “I'm confirming I want to enroll in 4-H as a Youth”. Make sure the county showing in the box is listed as Prince George.
For youth volunteer roles please select CAMP-youth teen camp counselor or CAMP-youth teen camp CIT if this is what your child is applying for. If they are a camper, please leave this blank.
Next, please select the unit “New Kent/ Charles City or James City” from the list and click add and then click next.
Click Select Projects and pick “Personal Development” as the project and click select. Leave youth volunteer type blank and click add. This does not reflect your project choices at camp. You will need to type personal development to find it in the list of projects.
Click next.
Fill out all the required boxes as the system prompts you (health information, consent, etc).
Update any information that may have changed your child’s profile from the previous year.
Submit everything when finished.
Once you complete everything, we will review and confirm your paperwork.
If your enrollment says Archived, please email or call Marci at Marci4@vt.edu or 804-966-9645 for New Kent/ Charles City Counties. Otherwise, the enrollment status may say one of the following:
- Incomplete: The enrollment needs your attention and is not complete.
- Awaiting Review: It is being reviewed by our office. You may have to make some changes or it will be moved on as approved.
- Approved: There were no issues with your enrollment, and nothing more is needed at this time.
