Jennifer Smucker

Bio

Hello! My name is Jennifer Smucker and I am a third year PhD student at Virginia Tech. My advisor is Dr. Eyvindur Palsson, and my research interests lie at the intersection of Harmonic Analysis and Number Theory. I’m studying multilinear operators motivated from point configurations.

I am currently teaching Linear Algebra (MATH 2114). 

I'm the president of the Virginia Tech chapter of AWM,an SGTA, and on the oversight committee for the VT Math DRP.

If I'm not doing math, you'll likely find me reading, sewing, hanging out with my friends, playing volleyball or pickleball, or recording a podcast with my best friend.
