Halifax County 4-H Honor Club is intended for 4-H members who have demonstrated consistent leadership abilities and have been active members in their local clubs and communities. The purpose of the Halifax County 4-H Honor Club is encourage participation in the total 4-H program through individual and club work.

Participants must be between ages 14-19.
