Payment

This year the camp fee is $400, which includes meals and lodging for five days and four nights, transportation to/from camp, a camp t-shirt, and camp supplies. We must receive a $65 deposit within 72 hours of your online registration. The remainder of your camp fee is due by June 30th. You are also welcome to pay in full at the time of your registration. Donations to our scholarship fund are always appreciated and can be made as an add-on to your camp fee.  

Pay with a Credit Card 

You can pay your camp fee with a credit card. A link will be provided AFTER you complete 4-H Online enrollment successfully.

Pay by Cash, Check, or Money Order

Mail or drop off cash, money order, or check made payable to Treasurer of VT  to the Greensville/Emporia Extension Office. Please include the name of the camper in the memo section.

Request a Scholarship

Partial scholarships are available on a first come, first served basis for those with a financial need. To request scholarship assistance, please complete this online application AFTER you have registered on 4-H online AND paid the camp deposit.

Please submit your scholarship application within a week of filling out your camp registration so that we can secure a spot for you. After receiving your request, we will be in touch to let you know if we can approve your scholarship request and what amount you should send in for your final camp payment.

*Scholarship applications will NOT be reviewed until camper registration is complete and the $65 deposit is received. Please do not fill out a scholarship request application until registration is complete and a deposit is paid.  Thank you.
