For this project, we are using the Test of Silent Contextual Reading Fluency (TOSCRF) to evaluate student progress on an ongoing basis in addition to SOL scores. The TOSCRF takes ten minutes total to administer to the whole class.

Please give the TOSCRF three times: August, either December or January and May. The examiner’s manual has been provided to all schools in this project. Your T/TAC coach is available to support you in administering and scoring. Update your Excel spreadsheet with the results after each administration.
