Description of Contest: Photography falls under the Communication and Expressive Arts 4-H program area, and allows members to express themselves through capturing photographs. While we realize that photography is a visual art, this contest area asks that the contestant visit with a judge to explain the story behind their photo, and this interaction constitutes 30% of the photography contest score.
