The camp fee is $405 and includes meals and lodging for five days and four nights, a camp T-shirt and supplies. Transportation is provided for Orange & Madison campers. As noted on the class page, a nominal fee is required in some cases. Youth may also wish to bring cash for the camp bank to use at the pool snack bar, but that's optional.
We must receive a $250 deposit or scholarship application within 5 business days of your online registration to secure your spot. The remainder of your camp fee is due by April 11. You are also welcome to pay in full at the time of your registration. Donations to our scholarship fund are always appreciated and can be made as an add-on to your camp fee.

Refund Policy
If camp is cancelled by Virginia Cooperative Extension, the 4-H Center management or the state or federal government, fees will be fully refunded. If for medical reasons youth are not admitted into camp, a refund minus the required deposit will be provided. Notification for medical withdrawal must be made between 2 weeks prior to and up to the day of camp and a medical professional's note may be required. If youth have to leave camp once they have checked in due to an exposure, a partial refund will be prorated and granted. Refunds for anything other than the medical reasons (as stated above) will not be granted after the April 11, 2026 deadline.
Scholarships may be awarded to Culpeper, Orange and Madison campers and depend on donations received and are awarded on a first come, first serve basis. All scholarship requests should be made to your local Extension office. Your county Extension staff will send you a scholarship application and communicate the amount due and the payment deadline once competetd scholarship forms are reviewed.
