This year the camper fee is $400. The fee covers the length of the campers stay (5 days, 4 nights), a camp t-shirt, all meals and all activities. There is a $50 non-refundable down payment due within 1 week of online registration. Scholarships and sponsorships are available. Please see the Scholarship Opportunities tab for more information.

Camp payment can be made by cash, check or money order. Check will need to be made out to "VCE - Suffolk".
Non-refundable $50 deposit is due within one week of your online registration.

Payment can be mailed (see mailing address) or dropped off at the Suffolk Extension Office (see physical address).
If dropping off, the extension office is located on the 3rd floor, to the right as you exit the elevator. There is also a drop box outside the building labeled "4H Camp". Please make sure the payment is in a sealed envelope and has camper's first and last name on it if leaving in drop box.

Scholarships are available for those in need of financial assistance. In order to be eligible, please submit a scholarship application within 1 week of your camp registration. The application will secure your spot and you will then be notified of approval/denial and amount provided.
