Payment
The camp fee is $375, which includes meals, lodging for five days and four nights, a camp t-shirt and class supplies. We must receive a $100 deposit or scholarship application within one week of your online registration. The remainder of your camp fee is due by June 1st. You are also welcome to pay in full at the time of your registration. Donations to our scholarship fund are always appreciated and can be made as an add-on to your camp fee. Deposits are non-refundable. Once the entire camp fee is paid, you may be entitled to a partial refund (excluding the $100.00 deposit) if you need to cancel prior to June 7, 2024.
Pay by Check or Cash
Mail or drop off a check/money order made payable to VCE - Chesapeake or cash (must be exact change) to the Chesapeake Extension Office. Please include the name of the camper in the memo section, and include your phone number on the check. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Scholarships are available for those with a financial need. Please submit your Scholarship Application within a week of filling out your camp registration so that we can secure a spot for you. After receiving your request, we will be in touch to let you know if we can approve your scholarship request and what amount you should send in for your final camp payment.
