Payment

This year the camp fee is $390, which includes the fee to the 4-H Center to meals and lodging for five days and four nights  along with classes and activities, as well as a camp t-shirt, fun evening programs, additional class supplies, and more. 
We must receive a minimum of $100 non-refundable deposit within 10 days of your online registration.  Your registration is not considered complete until 4HOnline enrollment, payment, along with CODE OF CONDUCT, and EQUINE WAIVER are received in our office. 

*All remaining camp balances will be due by June 5th.  

Pay by Cash (exact change), Check, or Money Order

Mail or drop off payment along with CODE OF CONDUCT, and EQUINE WAIVER.  Checks/money orders must be made payable to Treasurer of VT.
Please include the name of the camper in the memo section.

Financial Assistance/Scholarships

Limited amount of scholarships are available for those with a financial need.  You may request and submit your scholarship application at the time of submitting your deposit and paperwork.  After receiving your request, we will be in touch to let you know if we can approve your scholarship request and the amount awarded towards your camp balance.
