STEP ONE: Please use this REGISTRATION FORM to secure your initial spot for camp. Form should be completed one per camper. Registration will open on April 25th at 8am for Bedford County residents and remain open until full or until May 13th.
*When registration has filled for male or female campers, the option will change to ADD ME TO THE WAITLIST. Anyone registering with that option will be notified no later than May 15th on the status of their space at camp!*
STEP TWO: Complete 4HOnline registration for your camper. This is a REQUIREMENT for all camp participants and must be completed before your payment will be accepted. Details and tip sheet will be emailed once registration has been confirmed.
STEP THREE: Your camp registration is not complete until you have also submitted $100 non-refundable deposit for payment and all necessary paperwork within 10 business days. If everything is not submitted your spot will be released to the next in line.
MUST BE downloaded, completed, and returned for each camper, teen, and volunteer.
REQUIRED for each camper who indicates a preference for Basic Horsemanship.
Needs to be downloaded and completed for each camper who will require medication during the week of camp. This form will be turned in with medications on the first day of camp.
