AccessCyber is a virtual event (March 19 2025) where you will find candidates full of potential. We prioritize skill and proficiency, aligning with professional workforce standards. We prepare and connect neurodiverse talent and employers.
What is this event?
This is a career discovery event, connecting candidates to employers and professional mentors.
We get employers to engage with candidates - pitching their organization and jobs.
We help cut through noisy hiring processes by preparing candidates to show you what they can do.
How do I take part?
We are running employer booths as part of our virtual event on March 19.
You can choose how much you want to engage, whether it is full participation, scouting for talent, or you just want to explore this opportunity.
What kinds of jobs qualify?
Any entry level or career change position e.g., internships and jobs. Positions must be paid.
We encourage in-person, hybrid and remote positions - your organization does not need to be based in Virginia, Maryland or D.C.
Roles can be technical (e.g., systems engineering) or non-technical (e.g., data protection and security awareness). See the FAQ for details.

Our entry-level candidates come from 4-year and community colleges
Our career changers are Virginians recruited via the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services.
