The camp fee includes meals and lodging for five days and four nights, snacks distributed during free-rec time, a camp T-shirt, and class supplies.
We must receive a deposit or scholarship application within 2 business days of your online registration. You are also welcome to pay in full at the time of your registration. Donations to our scholarship fund are always appreciated and can be made as an add-on to your camp fee.

Refund Policy
If camp is cancelled by Virginia Cooperative Extension, the 4-H Center management or the state or federal government, fees will be fully refunded. If for medical reasons youth are not admitted into camp, a refund minus the required deposit will be provided. We ask that notification of medical withdraw is made as soon as possible.
Scholarship awards depend on donations received and are awarded on a first come, first served basis. All scholarship requests are due to your extension office with other registration forms. You still need to include the $100 deposit per camper to hold your place.
Please submit your "Scholarship Application" within 2 business days of filling out your camp registration so that we can secure a spot for you. After receiving your request, we will be in touch to let you know if we can approve your scholarship request and what amount you should send in for your final camp payment.
