Tenant Move In Quick Checklist
Send email to fm@vserene.com with Owner email id in CC, 2 weeks prior to move-in with the below details
Date and Time of the Move-In
Valid Rental Agreement
Background Verification (Basic Verification from nobroker.in or idfy.com or any other would suffice)
Any Government Identification proof for association records
Owner Details and Block-Flat number
Vehicle details with soft copy of RC Book/Card
Tenant Details (List all member of family who will residen in Vaishnavi)
Download the NoBrokerHood app from playstore or apple store and register for Move-In where Owner will approve and Facility Manager will add all members of family to the app based on the email.
Pay the move-in/out charges once you get a revert from Facility Manager.
Timing for Move-in/out: 9am to 6pm (Earlier or later than that will not be allowed)
DO NOT forget to check Tenant Move-in/out SOP
