Established to foster a vibrant and well-managed community, the Vaishnavi Serene Apartment Owners Association was officially registered on 28th October 2021. The association received its registration number GAN-1-03914-2021-22 from the Gandhinagar Sub-registrar office, marking the beginning of a new chapter in community living for the residents. On 4th November 2023, the association took a significant step forward with its first Office Bearer induction. 

Elections for board members happens through a democratic voting process and resident elect key positions, the Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, and President. The elected team will in-turn carefully select 12 Area Welfare Officers from various blocks and 2 Associate Members to ensure comprehensive representation and efficient management of the community. A process that gets followed every year to ensure uniformity and an opportunity for everyone to step up for the community.

The dedicated team of office bearers and volunteers work tirelessly and selflessly to create a harmonious living experience for all residents. Their efforts encompass various aspects of community management, from day-to-day operations to long-term planning and development. 

As Vaishnavi Serene continues to grow and evolve, the Apartment Owners Association remains at the forefront, ensuring that the community's best interests are always prioritized. Through transparent communication, collaborative decision-making, and a commitment to excellence, the association strives to make Vaishnavi Serene not just a place to live, but a thriving community to call home.
