Confessions: Saturdays 2 to 4 p.m.
Bishop Peter Christensen welcomed us to "the City of Trees" in 2019. In conjunction with his intention, we serve the diocese primarily by being a contemplative presence at the service of the faithful. While it is a house of formation, we cooperate with various ministries, responding especially to the needs of parishes. The priests of the community offer spiritual direction, retreats, and classes on scripture, philosophy and theology.
Our Monastery is named “Our Lady of Ephesus” because the church of Ephesus mentioned in the book of Revelation has always been considered the church of Our Lady, and therefore, the contemplative dimension of the Universal Church.
We want to be a visible sign of hope for the diocese and thank all who have contributed to making this place a true dwelling place of Our Lady! Come and see!
"She is a tree of life for those who hold her fast, those who cling to her live happy lives" (Proverbs 3:18).
A shoot planted in good soil, our community was born atop Tepeyac Hill under the protection and care of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
