Kaplan High School senior Malaya Broussard has emerged victorious as the 1st Place National Champion in the Level 3 Interior Design Challenge at the prestigious National Conference held in Seattle, WA. The competition, which brought together top talents from across the country, showcased Broussard's exceptional skills and creativity in the field of interior design.

Kaplan High School senior Maggie Hargrave has been awarded a Silver Medal in the Job Interview, Level 3 STAR Event. This individual competition recognizes outstanding students who demonstrate exceptional skills in Family and Consumer Sciences and related occupational fields.
Kaplan High School proudly announces that senior Coeyn Wise has been elected Governor of the 2024 Louisiana Boys State, marking a historic achievement for Vermilion Parish and Kaplan High School.
A proud Pirate and dedicated community builder, Coeyn Wise has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout his tenure at Kaplan High. His commitment to serving Vermilion Parish and fostering community spirit has made him a beloved figure among his peers and educators.

Kaplan High School proudly announces that senior Ethan Owens has been awarded the prestigious Samsung American Legion Scholarship and has qualified as a finalist for the national competition.
Kaplan High School senior Ethan Owens has been awarded the prestigious Samsung American Legion Scholarship and has qualified as a finalist for the national competition. He is the proud son of Scott and Judy Owens.
Ethan's achievements were highlighted during his participation at Louisiana Boys State in Natchitoches, Louisiana, where he distinguished himself as a finalist for Attorney General in the Nationalist party.
