Q: What type of file do I need?
A: Our slicers require a file that ends in .stl, which can be found in many CAD programs and online archives.
Q: When will my print be done?
A: Depending on the time it takes and the workload of the printers, it will vary, however you will be notified via email when it has been done. Please email stemideafactory@gmail.com if it has been more than a business week.
Q: What if I have a special request?
A: You may email stemideafactory@gmail.com with special requests, however, due to the volume of print orders we get, it is likely that we will not be able to accommodate much more than usual printing.
