If you wish to permanently delete your VideoClub account, you may request deletion by contacting our support team.

Include the following information:
Your registered email address
Your registered phone number (if applicable)
Your VideoClub display name (optional)
A request stating that you would like your account permanently deleted

I would like to permanently delete my VideoClub account and associated personal data.
To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
Once your request is approved, we will permanently delete or anonymize:
Your profile
Personal information
Photos
Messages where technically feasible
User preferences
Account information
Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required:
To comply with legal obligations
To prevent fraud and abuse
To resolve disputes
To enforce our Terms of Service
Security and audit logs
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Some backup copies may remain for a limited period before being securely removed.
Deleting your account is permanent.
After deletion:
Your profile will no longer be visible.
You will lose access to your account.
Any remaining credits, purchases, or benefits (if applicable) may not be recoverable.
Deleted data generally cannot be restored.
