DEVOTION
♥ Willing to LEARN spiritual truths (especially Biblical leadership)
o Attentively listening to the lectures and bible studies
o Taking notes and keeping it for future purposes
o Maximizing the “Quiet Time” – using it to pray and listen to God through His Word
o Not being a source of distraction/s during times of lectures
♥ Consciously making an effort to LIVE the spiritual truths learned
o Seriously seeking accountability in applying the truths learned
o Willingly accepts corrections and guidance
o Making an effort to change whenever needed
♥ Able to LEAD others by:
o MODELING a life of devotion
o MENTORING others in a life of devotion
o MULTIPLYING the life of devotion to Jesus to others
DISCIPLINE
♥ Willing to LEARN things even if it would mean going out of his/her comfort zone
o Paying attention to lecturers/facilitators of different topics
o Not being a source of ditraction/s during times of discussions
o Actively participating if necessary
♥ Constantly striving to LIVE a life of discipline
o Quickly responding to any call or command; prompt
o Following rules and regulations of the camp; one word is enough to follow
o Showing respect to authorities, co-campers, and other people/properties
o Trying to enjoy and learn from every challenge despite the discomfort
♥ Able to LEAD others by:

o MULTIPLYING the life of discipline to others

♥ Eager to LEARN things on how one can fulfill his/her duty to God, country and the world
